I was pleased to try these 'Vitamin K2 MK7 100mcg 60 High Strength Tablets 2 Months Supply| 100% Natural Vegan Friendly Supplement | Supports Bone and Heart Health'. I take this type of vitamin, along with D3, because I have heard that it helps the D3 absorb. You get 60 smallish capsules in a black plastic tub, with the push off lid. There is a security, pull around section on the outside, to remove before first opening. The dose is one capsule per day, so this tub will last about 2 months. You get 100ug K2 MK7 per capsule, which is 133% of NRV. They are made in the UK and are suitable for vegans. The current price of �16.94 is at the top end of what I would want to pay for 2 months supply, in my opinion. It is however, a quality supplement - 'We only source products and ingredients of the very highest grade. Every one of our products is natural, and plant based.'

Good quality vitamin K2 MK7 at 100mg from UK brand Feel Supreme, 1 easy to swallow capsule per day I take as a menopausal woman, 60 capsules, it seems to help alongside other vitamins daily. Happy to recommend them.

I realised recently that I needed to take vitamin K in order to gain better absorption of my daily dose of vitamin D. This serves that purpose perfectly, and it's vegan, which is great. They seem to be good value for money, although vitamin K generally is a more expensive vitamin, but a worthwhile one.

This is a timely arrival for me, as I have a pack of 60 Vitamin D without Vitamin K, and the general recommendation is to take both together. The NHS rec is 1�g per 1kg of body weight, so one of these per day will be more than enough for most people. The formula is claimed to be Vegan friendly (though there's no Vegan Society accreditation), and there's no claim of �free from�; the list of ingredients suggests it passes on both counts. Not having bought K2 on its own, this sounded a tad expensive, but it's a lot cheaper than the equivalent product from the High Street leader. Made in the UK, too, which is always a bonus.
