We even joked that they might suffer the same fate as Violet Beauregarde the first time they were going to try it. Parents don't worry, your child will not become a giant blueberry and require the help of some Oompa Loompas :) Secondly, the spray pump is easy to use and the dosages are clear and easy to understand. It might not be the cheapest way to get Vitamin D and K2, but it is the easiest and tastiest we've tried so far.

The bottle has 15ml of the vitamin food supplement. Depending on your child's age to the dosage; 1-8 years 1 spray, 9-13 years 2 sprays, so could last 50 or 100 days and to use within 6 months of opening. It has a pleasant bubblegum and blueberry flavour to it, i did try it before giving it to my son. Easy to administer, my 18 month old has has no issues taking it at all, I'll ask of he wants his vitamins, show him the bottle and he opens his mouth straight away, no fuss what so ever. With vitamin k to support normal blood clotting, vitamin d to help maintain normal bones and vitamin d to support a normal immune system. Always best to read the label/instructions first, it states if your child is taking anti coagulants (blood thinners) and/or other products containing vitamin k, only use on the advice of a doctor. It has a really good best before date of 2024, if you weren't opening the bottle to use straight away. Both the box and bottle are both recyclable. Palm oil free and vegetarian friendly. Super easy and convenient to use, especially if your your child can't have tablets or gummies and spits out liquid.

This little blueberry and bubblegum flavour spray is a great way for kids to take essential Vitamin D and K2 BetterYou is a company I trust and they've hit on a novel flavour (Why bubblegum?? Blueberry suits my adult tastes but for kids the bubblegum element makes it more fun!). It's 1-2 sprays a day depending on age. NB If your child is taking anticoagulation of any sort, there is a warning check with a doctor first, because the K2 helps normal clotting. It's also excellent for making sure that calcium goes where it's needed in the body, so it's a great addition to the Vitamin D. I've included a photo of the full ingredients as they are not on the product details, in case it helps anyone. At the current price of 8.70 it's not the cheapest, but it is effective it feels like money well spent to me.

This is a very convenient, space-saving, and great-tasting solution to supplement your children with Vitamin D and K2. The bottle is very small and lasts a long time, even when used for two children, as in our case. It is a highly concentrated Vitamin D liquid. Very easy to apply, also due to its pleasant taste. Highly portable so very easy to travel with. The packaging seems a bit strange to me, probably a marketing decision, but to my surprise - the bottle takes only half of the box. The other half is unoccupied, and can easily fit one more bottle. So it's probably just to be able to fit more info about the product on the outer box. As the box landed in the bin the moment I opened it, I would not say it is an issue for me. For the age between 1 and 8, it provides supply for more than 3 months. This is very good value for money, and very convenient product to use.
