Our Daily Omega 1600 mg + D3 contains a blend of omega-3 acids and vitamin D. Essential to the normal functioning of your brain, heart and vision, omega-3 acids allow us to keep these important organs in good condition. Omega-3 acids include two main beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which are linked to several different processes within our brain, eyes and heart. Vitamin D, on the other hand, helps our body in the fight against infections supporting our immune system.
As EPA and DHA play such a vital role in our cardiovascular system and neurological well-being, it's important to get the right amounts. High in essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, it is in a natural and highly absorbable form of triglycerides (otherwise known as TG), which allows you to get maximum benefit. One teaspoon daily provides 1600 mg of omega-3 acids with a combination of 700 mg EPA, and 600 mg DHA enabling you to care for your brain, heart and vision. Daily dose of our supplement provides you 2000 IU of vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol.
