We are a family of vegans and vegetarians and generally have a good and well balanced diet. However, from time time some members of the family don't manage to get the best of meals due to the limited choices at work. This is where supplements come in. These B12 tablets are a good insurance and due to their shape and size are easy to take. No strong flavour that I'm aware of. Recommended.

Was pleased when these arrived in my favourite slim line container, so much easy to fit in the cabinet. The tablets are easy to swallow and they have no aftertaste. We do eat meat but not very often so B12 is a vitamin we needed. I started taking these to help boost my immune system and I'm pleased that I also find I do have more energy. Today I have finally started doing some of the jobs I had been putting off for ages. I will definitely continue to take these and at �7.99 they are affordable. Fantastic.

Vitamins are small, odourless white tablets that are easy and convenient to take. After taking vitamins, there were no side reactions, I felt well. Vitamin B12 is recommended to be taken during the winter spring period to improve the immune system.

If you don't need a more complete vitamin B complex containing similar levels of all the B vitamins but instead want one with them included but want an extra heavy dose of B12 within to increase your B12 more than the others (or want to add this for a higher dose) then this is probably because you know you have a deficiency through a vegan/vegetarian diet (or similar) or because of specific homocysteine management and metabolism needs. If that's the case then this is a great value choice as each tablet contains 1000ug plus it has the benefits of acting as a multi-vitamins with the added iron and vitamin A, C D and E. If not then you should hopefully have another reason to be looking at taking this supplement and in either case you should certainly be confident in the fact that you need this supplement, what it's benefits are and how much you personally need before supplementing with it. Personally I take extra B12 on top of a separate vitamin B complex because I have quite limited meat in my diet and I am confident I don't get enough of this vitamin. An extra B12 vitamin like this puts my mind at rest it helps to keep my energy levels up which is important as I live a pretty active life. Taken at the recommended one tablet per day these will last around 3 months with the 90 tablets, which is very good value for the B12 especially but double check the amounts of everything else included in these as you may need to add additional supplementation in some of these areas.
