I've used some of Sci-MX protein powders in the past and thoroughly enjoyed them so I thought I would give their diet shake a try. I'm a busy working Mum of 2 and for a multitude of reasons, have really struggled getting my eating habits back to a healthy way and gotten my head back in the game of healthy food and excercise. I have been really enjoying the flavour of this product mostly, it's nicer colder so I mix some ice in with it too and whiz it through my ninja. Not only has it helped eliminate cravings of unhealthy snacking during the day, it has kept me full during a busy day at work or with the kids and given me the head space to focus on just one healthy meal in the evening with my family. I've had great results shifting a few pounds and finally feel like I'm back on track to reach my goal. Just set up a subscription as even when I'm not replacing 2 meals a day, I feel it will be handy to always have in the cupboard on those busy days.

Well priced meal replacement. Good taste and mixes well with water, no lumps etc. Handing to have in as an alternative for food although I use it for additional calories whilst bulking at the gym. Good nutritional content so exactly what I need.

Good taste, blends well (especially in blender rather than shaker bottle), felt energised throughout the day when using as 2 meal replacements, no gut upset(upper and lower!). Will definitely use again

I have been on a mission to improve my health, I began to calorie count and cut out sugars etc. I have previously used this diet shake to good effect so decided to add this to my diet again, except.... The packaging has changed and so has the taste, it's now delicious. I used this to replace breakfast and lunch but continue to have an evening meal. I use two neat scoops in 300ml of semi skimmed milk and around 4 or 5 ice cubes. Placing these three items into a decent blender is simply devine and no gritty bits, it becomes nice and frothy with a reletively light consistency but really fills a gap. I'm not sure what Sci Mx has done to this but I really cannot get enough of it. Top job Sci Mx, I'd highly recommend this milkshake

I purchased this as the usual brand I use was unavailable. I won't be going back to my usual as this is absolutely delicious!. I have it blended with milk and mixed fruit and this is the best tasting I have ever tried it is very nice and a great consistency.

Bought this as having problems eating. I don't usually like these sort of drinks but was impressed with this one, tastes just like chocolate. It's made with water which makes it easier and mixes well with no lumps. The only downside is that it's extremely sweet
