INGREDIENTS: White Rice Flour, Vitamin & Mineral Blend (Potassium Chloride, Dicalcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Oxide, Ascorbic Acid, Ferrous Fumarate, DL-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate, Zinc Citrate, Nicotinamide HCI, Phytomenadione, Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Potassium Iodide, Folic Acid, Sodium Selenite, Chromium Picolinate, Cyanocobalamin), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Digestive Enzymes (DigeZyme), Live Cultures (Bacillus coagulans).

Directions: Mix 1 serving (50g) with 150ml of water, put it in a microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes and mix it every 30 seconds. Works great as a pre or a Post-workout meal! Alternatively mix with your favourite protein, for a quick burst of carbs!
