Osavi Ashwagandha Extra, 450mg - 120 vegan caps

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider with a reasonable 450mg in each of the one capsule servings.

I didn't receive what I ordered. This is a review of what I received. Osavi, MCT Oil, 100mg. Fairly large soft capsules. Easy to swallow. Contents basically tasteless, thin oil. I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. Whilst these soft capsules are fairly large (see pic) they are ever so easy to swallow as they are not at all powdery. Not dry in the mouth. This is why I usually prefer capsules. In the interest of curiosity (and I'm not recommending this) I tried popping one in my mouth. It was fine. The contents are a thin oil with little or no taste. Absolutely fine. These easy-tear-open and then resealable packs are not my favourite type of container. This one was actually very easy to open. The result of tearing in from just one side was a straight and tidy finish (see pic). The resealing strip works well. I much prefer a plastic bottle even than a good sachet like this one. I am taking this supplement and so far I feel great. I'm not in a position to provide scientific data from my simple experiments but I'm very practised at listening to my body and mind. I'm happy to continue with this supplement. I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

I love ashwagandha. I have found it amazing for lowering my stress levels. The Osavi ashwagandha is a good dose and very good value too.

This is very well-priced for a tub of 120, especially as it's one a day. I have been taking Ashwagandha for so long now, and I take one capsule every morning as soon as I wake. This seems a reputable brand, the tabs are so simple to take, and there's no horrible aftertaste. Very happy to recommend these and would definitely buy again.

I'm already a big fan of ashwaganda as a herbal supplement. I've been taking ashwaganda capsules for over a year after researching about its potential benefits with stress relief & sleep quality. I've found ashwaganda works for me with better balanced moods & improved sleep quality. Ashwaganda can help relieve stress by reducing the level of stress hormone cortisol in the body. The Osavi Ashwagandha Extra capsules come in a branded plastic jar with light blue & black text & logos. The jar contains 120 capsules with the suggested serving size being 1 capsule per day. Each capsule contains 450mg of ashwaganda, plus additional vitamin B12 (as active methylcobalamin) & L-leucine (an essential branched-chain amino acid). The Osavi Ashwagandha Plus capsules are relatively large, but still easy to swallow. I've found no digestive issues with these ashwagandha capsules. As a regular consumer of ashwaganda, the Osavi capsules compare OK with other brands I have used. There are higher purity ashwagandha supplements (% withanolides) available, but these are very reasonably priced so have I no issue with recommending this supplement.
