I suffer from poor sleep I have since 2015, and I started a new job and didn't want to appear sleepy at work, and these have been a terrific help, I imagine if I was trainng at the gym, that these would give me that little added push! They are easy to swallow, but I've never had trouble with tablets, so I'm hardly a limus test on the easy to swallow shape! But I certainly found them easy to take. There's only one down side, I definetly noticed my appetite grew while taking them! SO if you are training , take them with caution, and watch the snacking!

Maximuscle Caffeine Tablets are sold as a workout aid ,and yes they'll give you a kick to boost your energy levels for that but they have more uses. If you're a regular Energy Drink user these are a healthier option ,just take a look at the ingredients on the can of Red Bull, Monster or whatever your choice of poison (and that's what that stuff is, and you'll see a whole list of chemicals,none of them beneficial to good health .What else you will find listed is caffeine ,that's the energy boosting bit and these tablets will give you that without putting the extra garbage into your body. The tablets are easy to swallow and quick acting. The recommended dose is 2 tablets when you want that boost,I find one enough and I'd advise people to try that first,excessive caffeine can have nasty side-effects. On the same note don't take these as well as an energy drink or you're risking such nasties as palpitations,high blood pressure, nausea or convulsions. They work very well but they're not sweets so make sure you don't take more than 2 and that you haven't been necking Red Bull previously or you're gambling with your health.

This caffeine supplement by maximuscle is great, I have had capsules before which include over 200mg per serving but sometimes that's a bit too much and makes your heart beat out of your chest. Being 100mg that's a good dose to go with but if you are a caffeine addict and you need the boost you can always take 2. They are circular, very small and easy to swallow with no bad taste, powder or excess residue left behind. If you are on the lookout for something to keep you energized without the calories or chemicals in energy drinks these are a brilliant buy.

I'm guzzling quite a lot of these things these days (no more than two a day, of each) as I am working more hours than usual and don't have the time to work out, and with swimming pools closed my main form of exersize is bust. As always, it may be coincidence, but I really have noticed more definition as fat is burned off my body now, and I do get a boost before picking up the weights when I get the chance. However, my heart often feels like it's about to explode, so I must be emphatic about limiting to TWO a day.
