- Asparagus Himalaya is a single herb formulation prepared from the root extract of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). The herb has long been used to support women at the end of menses by encouraging circulation, as well as healthy nervous system and hormonal function. Himalaya Asparagus, also nourishes the female reproductive system, making it a healthy choice for nursing, menopausal, and postmenopausal women.

I'm writing this review after consuming tablets for a month and its really effective. My menses were irregular shinde last 6 months but after I started consuming got my menses within 30 days. It does wonders, you don't have to be married to take these😁
I have been using this supplement for firmness . And was waiting to put the review after three months of usage. I can see really good results in the way it's shaped and looks firm. I would continue this as a good supplement. The thickness and flavor is good and can be consumed easily. Its value for money. Thank you Himalaya.
Excellent quality I love this supplement, helped a smooth transition off Yasmin
I have terrible unbearable pains in lower tummy (possible endometriosis). Nothing works, but shatavari did wonders with the symptoms. Mind you this is very strong supplement, so I take this couple days before and during my menses. As an added bonus that one long hair growing out of my chin has magically disappeared! I don't know how, I think it reduces testosterone? I think the doctors need to seriously research this magic pill.
