Boundless Nuts & Seeds Boost 16x25g Salt & Chilli Pepper

I received the taster pack for these flavoured nuts and seeds. All of the packs had plenty of flavour with a variety of whole nuts and seeds, coated in various ingredients. There was a degree of dusty crumbs in the bottom of every pack but even that was tasty. The Turmeric pack had plenty of flavour and a little chili heat. The Tamari pack also flavour full with a some chili heat. The Orange, Ginger and Maple pack had good all round flavour and not chili heat at all. Lastly the Cayenne and Rosemary, which I expected to be the hotest of all of them, was tasty and not too spicy at all, just a pleasant chili heat. A good selection of nut and seed snacks which are also very tasty and moreish.

I don't generally eat nuts. I tend to find the flavour bland. I wasn't expecting much from this product. However, the chili and maple syrup blends really well with the almonds, cashews and pumpkin and sunflower seeds. It's sweet with a little spiciness in the aftertaste. A small packet of these once in a while would be a really nice way to get some healthy fats, protein and other nutrients.

I enjoyed these so much that I made 2 packets disappear within minutes of them arriving. They're made from activated nuts and seeds (meaning they've been soaked in water which activates enzymatic activity that would trigger germination and sprouting) before being toasted. It's that enzymatic activity that makes the seeds and nuts easier to digest and removes much of the phytic acid. The latter I love because phytic acid wears down teeth. So this a good option for those of us with sensitive teeth as well as sensitive tums. The maple orange flavour is subtle and they're not really sweet - a bonus for me as I don't have a sweet tooth. There's a slight warming aftertaste of ginger but not enough to bother our 10 year old who isn't keen on spicy warmth. At 3.4g of net carbs per pack, these can easily be enjoyed as part of a ketogenic diet. They're certified gluten free which is reassuring for Coeliacs such as myself. Best before is 11 April 2024, but let's face it - they'll eaten by the end of the week! Value for money could be better but you are paying for convenience and there isn't really anything out there that compares.

These are very tasty snacks. I try to avoid refined sugar so these are perfect! They are not overly sweet and the orange and ginger gives them a nice zing! Great for on the go or to add to lunch boxes. Nice and crunchy and full of goodness! Can't wait to try other flavours!

The Snacks included are 1 x Cayenne & Rosemary, 1 x Orange, Ginger & Maple, 1 x Tamari & Aleppo and 1 x Turmeric & Smoked Paprika. They are all really delicious but I think the orange, ginger and maple are my favourites. All of the snacks have strong flavours and a really nice crunchy texture. Each bag contains 30 g which amount to 30 g of protein in each snack bag and calories ranging between 99 and 180 depending on the flavour. It's really nice to know that these snacks have nothing but good ingredients in them, however the downside for me is the price ... I think nice as they are £1.20 for a 30g snack is just a bit to high.

As next go not only is this nutty crunchy salty and nice it's handy to use on the go on the trail in the garden and in the car also good for kids lunch boxes. Quite happy with the product not only does it taste good nutritional information is readily available
