I have been using adaptogen mushrooms for many years now, so am always on the look out for new suppliers, and companies that make mushroom products. These seem to be of good quality, and the fact they use just the fruiting body is a huge bonus, so many companies say they use the whole mushroom, but most of it is actually the grain and mycelium and not the fruiting body of the mushroom. Always be on the look out when buying mushrooms of that. no filler, nothing but mushroom. Does feel like there just isn't enough in the bottle, as it looks 1/2 empty Am looking forward to feeling the prolonged benefits of these amazing mushrooms. Would recommend KIKI Health products as I have been using their products for a while now, and they are great value, natural and vegan friendly :)

It's nice to get a supplement that is not packed full of fillers. The (vegan friendly) capsules are filled with 100% pure organic oyster mushrooms. I found these capsules very easy to swallow, and did not notice any kind of after taste.

Oyster mushrooms (so-called because of their oyster-shaped caps) are another mushroom packed not only with beneficial compounds but an impressive array of important vitamins and minerals (quite a few, actually). There's even amino acids here. It’s also a mushroom with a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. Naturally, with such a nutrient-dense food like this it’s important to preserve as many of the elements as possible, which KIKI Health has done with these capsules. That 100% of the mushroom is derived from the fruiting bodies is a major plus, as is the technology used to preserve the bioavailability and potency of the compounds. The good extraction ratio is another advantage, as is the amber jar preventing oxidisation. Other than that, and similarly to other products of the range, this one is entirely natural with nothing added, organic, and free from preservatives and pesticides and the like. It may be argued that with the daily allowance being up to four capsules per day it's a little pricey for sixty capsules, but this is a quality product from a respected manufacturer, and considering it’s benefits and effectiveness, is actually good value and in line with what other manufacturers are charging for decent supplements. Also, it has to be remembered that cheaper products may not be as potent or offer the same benefits. Of course, four capsules per day is the upper limit and less may suffice, so the jar could easily last longer. Writing of which, the capsules are of standard size, easy to swallow and don’t have an aftertaste. I can’t see any reason not to consider this product, and plenty of reasons to consider it.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money considering the quality of the organic ingredients. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your anti-aging and immune health.
