Easy for my son to take and good strength, doesn't taste fishy. My son quite like it. Not quite sure of benefits just yet as only been using for about 4 weeks, all I can say is there is no side or adverse effects.

Tastes really, really lovely and is actually enjoyable to take. The ingredients are high quality and it definitely has made a difference to the condition of my hair, skin and nails and even my joints so to me, it's worth every penny.

- No fishy taste: Children can be picky when taking fish oils, particularly when a product has a strong fishy odour or aftertaste. This has neither and I've been impressed with this supplement,and this brand in general. - Easy to use: It's easy to 'administer' to the little people in your life: half a teaspoon does it. - Lemon taste: It has a slight lemon taste which can be sharp if your child isn't used to the taste of lemon. However it's quickly swallowed and the sharp taste forgotten. - Easy to store: The angled bottles make this so much easier to store than a round bottle. Stand it upright or keep it on its side. - Good quality and value for money: I do like this range and plan to buy this again.

Great to know my children are getting their omega 3. It's for ages 3 years plus. With a natural lemon flavour. There was no complaints on the flavour which is a bonus.

The dosage for a child is half a teaspoon so it's not much to get down them every day. There's no usual ones fishy smell or taste in fact there's a slight lemony taste which my little one likes. I suppose taking a higher dosage means an adult could use this too. Good ingredients with important nutrients

This comes in a good quality brown glass bottle. It has a capacity of 250ml which should last you around 100 servings so it works out pretty decent value for money with 800mg of Omega 3 in each of the servings. I quite like taking this supplement in this way - I avoid gelatine and usually when taking capsules they are in gelatine capsules which I don't like so a liquid supplement suits me well. I like the addition of the fruity flavour which makes it a pleasant way to consume this liquid supplement - ideal for kids.
