My favourite supplement. Great quality & the best/fastest way for absorption of curcumin

Very effective and a healthy benefit to have in my diet

I haven't used this yet - but have used the vitamin D Spray and that is great so I have gone for the turmeric too. Have always felt the benefits of taking tumeric or Curcumin for its anti inflammatory benefits so hoping this is going to give me the benefits I am used to.

I'm no stranger to this brand and already use their Vitamin D and, as a vegetarian, their B12 spray. That's because, actually, it is quite hard to absorb cumin, the beneficial part of turmeric, by eating it normally via adding to cooking and tablet form supplements. Spraying it into the mouth via this method, has been proven to aid absorption, which will hopefully translate into benefits. As always, I tend to check out the various peer reviewed studies when I take supplements. I want to know if this stuff works, or whether I'm jumping on the placebo highway, once again. Luckily, there is in fact strong evidence of the anti inflammatory benefits of tumeric. Add to that all the numerous anecdotal, ancient evidence of health benefits, it is definitely worth a go. The taste is orange with a very mild hint of turmeric. More orange than spice, in any case. Perfectly ok and actually I was so impressed they'd manage to cover the pungent aroma of this spice, and so well. Did it work for me? Baring in mind I'm a lettuce and carrot kind of girl, you'd expect my digestion to be on point. But actually, I suffer with IBS. Whilst taking this spray, I seemed to go into a bit of a detox. My IBS symptoms settled, although didn't disappear all together. And the usually aggravating red wine I guzzled at Christmas, just seemed less impactful on my IBS symptoms. Overall, I am impressed.
