Well what can I say... I have always had trouble with my nails and have not been able to grow them for a few years as always split or chipped. Since taking these tablets I can see a massive difference, they are growing and I have only lost 1 nail in a few weeks which is amazing for me. I certainly recommend these if you cannot grow your nails and I've seen a difference in my hair and skin too. 10/10 🙂 No nail product on my nails also, look much healthier.
