BetterYou Magnesium Flakes Muscle 1 kg

I love magnesium flakes. I have them in all my baths, and I also use magnesium spray at night. It's such a vital mineral and we could all do with a top-up, especially if you're stiff and stressed like me! I'm also heavily pregnant so it's one of the only supplements I can use to relax. Pros: - I've never used magnesium flakes with lemon and rosemary before, but the mix works well and smells very citrusy - Adds a lovely tingle to your skin in the bath, signifying the magnesium is working, with the extra ingredients nurturing your muscles - Clearly states on packaging it's fine for pregnant women - Flakes dissolve immediately in water - Easy to use: just add a quarter of a bag to a bath (or more if you wish) for a relaxing soak - The scent stays on your body and adds a nice refreshing smell to your skin - Feel great, useless and floppy after a bath - just what I want! Cons: - Although I condone their attempts for eco-friendly packaging, the seal doesn't really do back up - but, I've yet to find a bag like this that does So, all in all, having used other BetterYou products this one totally stands up with their quality. They have a great ethic, their magnesium is fantastic quality and these flakes in particular serve their muscle ache relief purpose perfectly. Highly recommend this and their whole range to anybody needing some magnesium in their life who want to relieve tension.

Taking magnesium has many benefits, but orally your body will only absorb so much. Topically you absorb it so much better and can't really overdose on it this way. Highly recommend - great for magnesium deficiency

My adult daughter loves working out and going for runs every day. Usually she uses Epsom Salts in her bath to ease her sore muscles so she was delighted to try this 1kg bag of Magnesium Flakes Muscle. She sprinkled some under the running tap to produce a lovely bath of relaxing blue water. She stayed in the bath for around 30 minutes and when she was out and dressed she said her muscles felt nice and relaxed. She liked the scent of these flakes and loved the blue water they produced and has been using them regularly. She has never tried a product containing Magnesium before but she loves this product and is going to buy more once this large bag is finished. Highly recommended for using after a workout.

Could barely lift my legs as they felt so heavy after being on my feet at work. My feet actually stung they hurt that much but a half an hour soak in this.came out with refreshed legs and feet! Definitely buy again and definitely recommend

Super refreshing rosemary smell filled the bathroom and the house when I was running the bath! Recommended 250g (2 cups) is quite a lot so you would make about 4 baths with this pack (1kg), but I sometimes use less. I can't smell too much of a lemon peel oil which is also in the ingredients but a bath with these magnesium flakes was super energising and reinvigorating indeed! I do exercise a lot and I do believe magnesium baths help with the recovery and are very good for the mind as well as the body. I like how big these flakes are, to be honest so far I have always used only small magnesium crystals. I don't think the size of the flakes makes any difference in how it affects the body but I like the look of them and if you transfer it into a glass jar with the lid it just looks pretty. Additional aroma oils in these flakes have refreshing and reinvigorating properties working on the body/muscles/mind. *Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus lemon peel oil, rosemary oil, limonene, citral. Zip lock is functional and protects the rest of the flakes from absorbing the water when stored in the bathroom. Very happy with the product and would recommend to those who work out/run,exercise.
